Facial Expression Recording Guide

• Start with a neutral expression and then make the strongest expression possible (repeat once).
• Maintain a neutral expression for about 2 seconds at the beginning.
• After making the expression, hold it for about 2 seconds.
• Ensure that your eyebrows are not covered.
• Keep your face directed at the camera at all times.
• Maintain a consistent distance from the camera.
• Avoid any upward, downward, left, or right rotation of your face.

Note: Items 5–7 can be adjusted through alignment correction, but following these guidelines will improve analysis accuracy.
